• Monitor unlimited Events for individual agents using SmarterTrack 3.6 or later.
• Monitor unlimited Events associated to installations of SmarterMail 6.0 or later.
• Monitor unlimited Events for individual domain administrators using SmarterMail 6.0 or later.
• Monitor unlimited Events for individual users using SmarterMail 6.0 or later.
• Monitor third-party software applications through customized Web services.
• Monitor third-party software applications through a customized plugin architecture.
• Operates in the background on a Windows desktop or server with audible and read-out-loud sounds.
• Large organizations can share groups of connection profiles through the export and importing features.
