Activate Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

NOTE: As of November 1, 2019, SmarterTools no longer accepts activation requests that use TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Therefore, older installations of SmarterMail (SmarterMail 14.1 and older) may not activate properly as they do not support TLS 1.2 and higher. Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync is available as an optional add-on to SmarterMail and is associated to a specific SmarterMail license key at the time of purchase. Once you have purchased this add-on, you will need to reactivate SmarterMail before enabling Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. For more information on reactivating SmarterMail, please refer to the KB article Reactivate SmarterMail.

The Exchange ActiveSync add-on is now activated for this installation of SmarterMail. NOTE: If you are running SmarterMail with IIS, you will need to change your IIS configuration settings before you can add Exchange ActiveSync to specific mailboxes. For more information, refer to the KB article Configure IIS for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
