Email Threading in Webmail

We would like to request conversation/email threading support in the SmarterMail webmail interface.
Many of our customers use webmail for ongoing email discussions and multi-level approval workflows. Currently, managing related emails individually can make it difficult to follow the complete conversation and track the approval history.
It would be helpful if SmarterMail could group related emails into a single conversation/thread, similar to the conversation view available in other modern email platforms.
This would improve usability and make it easier for users to:
  • Follow ongoing email discussions
  • Track multi-level approval workflows
  • Quickly view the complete conversation history
  • Reduce clutter from multiple related messages
We believe conversation threading would be a valuable addition to the SmarterMail webmail experience.
