Follow-up on slow install/upgrade on Windows 2025

Hello,

We are using both SmarterMail (Win 2019) and SmarterTrack (Win 2025).

Actually, there is still an issue with your installer taking around 30 minutes to run (disable+enable windows features, that are already enabled though when doing an upgrade).

While a downtime of 30+ minutes for our SmarterTrack is not that much of a problem, I'm a bit worried about what will happen with SmarterMail once we migrate to a Win 2025 server.

Will this find a fix anytime soon ?

I would be very happy too if this is fixed soon. Currently we can only upgrade after midnight. Installation time of 30 Minutes is one thing, but rolling back would be downtime of more than an hour in the end.

I would love to see a command line switch like --skipWindowsFeature that skips the entire Windows Feature remove and install part, in case the setup provider can't fix it.

I can confirm... updates are still miserable on 2025 Server
