We just turned on Block Authentication By Country, none of our users are outside of the USA.
Does the feature also blacklist any IP Address that attempts to log in as one of our users ?
If not, I would like to make that a suggestion as I often see some IP addresses trying to authenticate as our users and also sending spam to the same users. It would be great to auto blacklist if they are attempting to hack in.

I had to turn my block list off as it was blocking too many users that connect over mobile data. Now bare in mind i'm in the UK, the connections at the moment look like this (no one is outside the UK)

So yes, if a user tries to authenticate on a blocked IP, their email client will ask for a password

Are they using MS Outlook Mobile?
If yes, unfortunately Outlook Mobile does not connect directly to the server from your location.
Instead, it connects to a Microsoft Azure datacenter acting as a “proxy,” and then it connects to your SmarterMail server from there.
This means it can connect from any country that has an Azure datacenter...
