SM 9511: A user who could see and edit a resource (e.g., calendar) shared by another user can no longer edit it.

Resolved
A user who could see and modify a resource (e.g., calendar) shared by another user can no longer modify it.

In practice, they had full access before the update, but now their permissions are limited to read-only.

Furthermore, they cannot see or modify the permissions of the shared resource due to another bug (see here: SM 9511 Windows: unable to edit/share resources (folder, calendars, etc...)).

The problem occurs on Windows servers (I haven't tried Linux).

Is it just a single user, or all users? (I'm guessing one, but wanted to make sure.) And this is the user on Windows Server 2022, per the thread you linked to?

After some research, I found the problem: for some strange reason, the "Folder Sharing" feature was disabled on all domains.

I enabled it in "Domain Defaults" and propagated it.

Now everything works again.
