Upgraded and now cannot renew License

Not A Problem
I was prompted to upgrade the free version of SmarterMail, so I upgraded to 9511

None of my clients can get their email now.

I am on the localhost activation page on the server and when I enter Email/Password it says unrecognised email address or password.

If I use the same EM/PW on Smartertools website it lets me log in so I think these credentials are correct.

Why can I not activate my account?

Kevin, if you're running the Free Edition, there's no need to activate the license during installation much less during an upgrade. You simply run through the upgrade process.
