Lost password. Not experinecd enough to reset.

I changed the password for my email account Tony@tritia.com, but somehow my password manager has lost it.  F$#%.  I am able to log into Info@tritia.com.  Can this help me to reset the Tony account?

I've read the Knowledge Base article, but frankly am not experienced enough to follow those directions.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thank you.

If you are not an email domain administrator and you haven't set a backup recovery email for tony@, try contacting your email administrator or hosting provider.

The article you are referring to is SmarterTRACK, which is different from SmarterMail.
I see you have posts going back past 2019.
In Smarter Mail there are 3 levels of access.
1) End user account
2) Domain administrator
3) Smarter Mail administrator
If your account was the domain admin and you can not reset the password, try logging in as the SmarterMail administrator. There you can reset the passwords for any account on the server
