Where does the spam filter for the above come from?   I checked our spam filters and found no reference to that IP or IP range.

We do have declude running.. but wouldn't expect their filter to show up here?

Hello Merle, 

Can you go to settings -> antispam -> spam checks and ee if you have any custom rules here, one named GBUDB

Found .. under RBL... GBUDB..  Not sure what that  is but that is the issue
We didn't set up the RBL ...guess we will remove though
