Mailing Lists - Spam & Junk Mails

Hi there,

Is there any way that spam, or Fake mails can be filtered and stopped when they are sent from outside users to a mailing List.

Example: I have sales.ug@xxxxxx.com Mailing list, and my sales team (Sales Manager, Sales men) do receive email inquiries sent by customers. but we also do receive lots of Spam, Fake Mail, Suspicious Attachments

Please Consider this option and reply, it is really too much of pain.
