Ampersand not being displayed properly in Knowledge Base title

In the SmarterTrack v13 admin interface, if create a Knowledge Base article with a Title that contains the ampersand character (&), then the ampersand is displayed as "&" in the title.  
 
See the attached image.
Seems to be displayed properly in the portal, but not within the admin interface.

This was corrected in version 13.1.6670, which was released on April 6.
