First email showing as read

Users are reporting that as soon as they sign in and select the mail tab the first email in the inbox gets read. Is this an expected behaviour?

I was reading what was fixed in v16.3.6474 and that is in it. We'll be testing that late tonight when we get this installed.

After testing (five minutes) this does appear to be fixed in the latest release.
