Hi all,

 

Is there any way to force SmarterMail (running 15.2.6039) to re-sync a user`s profile information with Active Directory? If so, how is this triggered and when? As far as I have seen, changing a user`s information like Department / Office / Job Title in Active Directory, will not also update in the user`s profile in SmarterMail for that particular AD user.

 

Also, can SmarterMail pull a user`s profile picture from Active Directory? If so, what attribute is it using?
