Messages from additional SMTP account go to Gmail junk

I'm running SmarterMail 11.7x on Windows 2008 Server

With user1 and user2 exist on domain.ext

user1 has an additional SMTP account which is user2

While user2 can reach Gmail inbox when send a message from user2 webmail account, user1 goes to Junk folder when use the SMTP account (user2) as sender from the webmail.

Any Ideas?
